Objective
This SOP outlines the steps to schedule appointments in GHL and track their status effectively.
Key Steps
1. Accessing the Contact Page 0:12
Navigate to the contact page of the individual you wish to schedule an appointment with.
Ensure you are the owner of that contact.
2. Adding an Appointment 0:48
On the right-hand side, locate the 'Appointments' section next to 'Notes'.
Click 'Add' to open the appointment scheduling pop-up.
3. Selecting the Calendar 1:11
Search for your name in the calendar selection.
Choose the appropriate calendar (e.g., 'Sam, intro call with Vlad').
If your calendar is not available, contact the administrator.
4. Scheduling the Appointment 1:33
Ask the client for their preferred date and time for the appointment.
Check available slots on Vlad's calendar for the selected day.
Click 'Book Appointment' once the time is confirmed.
5. Confirming the Appointment 2:05
Verify that the appointment is now listed under the contact's details.
Ensure the appointment owner is correctly set (e.g., Vlad).
6. Joining the Meeting 2:22
To join the meeting, access it directly from the appointment details.
7. Tracking Appointment Status 3:21
If the client shows up, go to the appointment details and click 'Edit'.
Scroll down to set the status to 'Showed'.
8. Confirming Status Updates 3:55
Ensure the status is updated to 'Showed' to credit the appointment to you.
