Kinsta Site Migration From Logic Inbound to Client's Kinsta Account
Objective
This SOP outlines the steps to migrate a WordPress site from a Logicinbound Kinsta account to a client's Kinsta account.
Key Steps
Step 1: Access Kinsta Accounts 0:01
Ensure you have access to both the Logic and Bound Kinsta account (blue) and the client's Kinsta account (black).
Step 2: Initiate Migration Request 0:37
Navigate to the client's Kinsta account.
Click on the 'Request Migration' button if no other WordPress sites are present.
Step 3: Select Migration Source 1:02
Choose 'Migrate from another host'.
Select 'Other' as the host option.
Step 4: Gather Required Information 1:24
Collect the following details from the Logic and Bound account:
IP address
Server address
Port
Password
FTP username
WordPress site path
Hosting panel login URL.
Step 5: Input Migration Details 2:08
Enter the gathered information into the migration form:
Copy the hosting panel URL.
Input the username and password for the hosting panel.
Step 6: Enter Domain and WordPress Details 2:50
Input the domain name.
Enter the WordPress username and password (usually found in LastPass or by contacting the account manager).

Choose the closest data center (e.g., Los Angeles for Seattle).
