Client Phone Number Setup in GHL
Objective
This SOP outlines the steps to effectively order a phone number for a client, ensuring compliance and proper communication throughout the process.
Key Steps
1. Confirm Area Codes 0:00
During the kickoff agenda, confirm the primary area code of the client's region.
Identify a secondary area code as a backup option.
2. Receive Sub Account Email 0:26
Look for an email indicating that the sub account has been created.
Ensure the email contains client information and the sub account ID.
3. Access Phone System Settings 0:43
Click on the link provided in the email to access the phone system settings at app.gohighlevel.com.
4. Add Phone Number 0:43
Click the blue 'Add Number' button located in the top right corner.
Select 'Add Phone Number' from the dropdown options.
5. Filter for Target Area Code 0:53
In the filter section, select the 'Provider Number' dropdown option.
Search for the client's target area code (e.g., 380 in this case - found in the Call Notes doc).
Ensure to select the first part of the number in the 'Match To' filter.
6. Apply Filter and Select Number 1:11
Click 'Apply' in the top right corner without making any other changes.
Choose one of the available numbers.
7. Show Process to Client 1:24
Demonstrate the process live during the call with the client to familiarize them with the steps.
8. Proceed to Buy 1:38
Click the 'Proceed to Buy' button, which will open a sub-window for verification.
9. Provide Verification Link to Client 1:47
Copy the verification link from the email and send it to the client.
Encourage the client to complete the verification process live if they are available.
10. Be Available for Support 1:57
Make yourself available via phone during the client's verification process.
11. Confirm Completion 2:05
Once the client completes the verification, confirm the process with them.
12. Make sure you're Logged in to Go High Level 2:14
Ensure you are logged into Go High Level before clicking any links in the email.
